Western Automate where very quick to respond to my initial enquiry to replace double swinging gate motors and the process from quote to installation was seamless. Byron did a great job!

Western Automate are a family owned and operated business that can be highly commended for not only their professionalism but also their innovation, quality workmanship and seamless business systems/processes. My unique (and simply stunning) 3.5m sliding gate installed 6 April 2023 was the result of great collaboration with the Western Automate design team - based on a few guide photos and my [very bad] description of the final vision combining form and function. Every single challenge presented by my hills property, from slopes to tree roots to offset pillars and non existent power supply, was surmounted and ironed out prior to the seamless installation. Having obtained a total of 6 quotations from reputable companies, I can attest to the fact that Western Automate are reasonably priced with solid warranty periods however it is their dedication to customer service, design capability and outstanding manufacturing which stands them head and shoulders above competitors in Perth. NB Western Automate was recommended to me by family who had a rural gate installed 2022 and I, in turn, recommended to neighbours who have also had magnificent ‘one off’ gate designed/installed this year.Photo of gate NOT included because I’d like it to remain unique for some time to come!

I engaged Western Automate to complete a new automatic sliding gate and pedestrian access gate. I contacted them in early January and the project was completed within about 4 weeks from that initial contact.The installation was completed to a high standard and the whole team from the admin staff through to the installers were all great to deal with.Highly reccomended.

For years, I've been exploring the idea of fences and gates on the front of my property, which has a wide and very open frontage. Thanks to the awesome team at Western Automate, I have finally got the addition I wanted and can now, not only use my front garden, but have a bit of extra security, privacy and space for my dogs to play. Their team is second to none; The sales team (David and Kelly) are highly knowledgeable and give good advice; The design/drafting team are great, very patient and understanding (we had some delays thanks to the council) and the design process was brilliant - being able to see a 3D drawing of the proposed build made visualising things so much easier (Mark, thanks for putting up with the back and forth and my questions!). The installation and service tech team (Alistair, Josh, Byron and Tony) are hard working and, unlike so many companies these days, actually put in a full days work to get things done, even going so far as to work in the pouring rain to finish things off! Honestly, these folks are absolute superstars. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From initial measure and quote to installation of custom automatic gate Western Automate were thorough and professional. They regularly updated me on the fabrication process and timeline to installation. I could not fault their business and would recommend to anyone.

We are absolutely delighted with our new sliding gate, Western Automate was without a doubt one of the best contractors we’ve had in years.From filling out the online quote request form it was service all the way. Within no time at all their site inspector was here, he was very easy to talk to and made sure he new exactly what we wanted and within hours our quote was in our email box. We were kept up to date with every stage of the process from manufacture, to powder coating to installation, I might add three weeks earlier than quoted! The installer was very polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. His attention to detail was excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Western Automate to anyone, great service, great product great price.

After a great deal of research and talking to several companies we went with Western Automate because they were able to offer a “complete service” . We chose an electric sliding gate so needed power connection and most companies wanted you to get your own electrician with a variety of prices quoted for that part of the job.From start to finish we were very impressed with all the staff we dealt with ..office staff , tradespeople , staff who came out to inspect and quote , concreter etc .The prices we had quoted varied but in the end we liked the quality of products offered, the simplified process involved and the feeling that we were in good hands .The gate works really well and makes a huge difference to the home - as well as providing security for our mew granddaughter and her family .Although we understand there was one minor hitch with a post having to be moved , it didn’t impact in the timeframes or costs to us .I can highly recommend this company based on our recent experience with them . We love the gate , colour and functioning .

i am very pleased with the Cantilever gate. Installers were very tidy and neat. When the gate installation was finished a imperfection in the paint work was noticed by the installer who ordered a new gate before i had seen it , Replacement was done within 2 weeks without fuss and me not having to chase up the new gate. All was done very professionally.

Such a great company and would definitely use them again.Everything was amazing, turned up on time, were professional and did everything asked of them.The only issue I’ve had is that we weren’t supplied with a key for our post box which was fitted with our gate. This was just forgotten at the time however it was rectified quickly by the company which was awesome.

Warning, You can forget about warranty.If you have an issue within the warranty period, they hold you hostage by refusing to even come look at the problem unless you pay a $250 refundable" deposit (spoiler alert
